Processing Time
All artworks are packed with care and usually leave the studio within 2–5 business days.
Custom or commissioned pieces may take a little longer — I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.
UK Shipping
- Free UK shipping on all orders
- Delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Most orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a dispatch email when your parcel is on the way
International Shipping

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any:
- customs charges
- import duties
- VAT/GST
- handling fees
These vary by country and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to me, the original shipping charge (where applicable) cannot be refunded.
Packaging
Every artwork is carefully wrapped and protected so it reaches you safely.
Please keep the original packaging in case a return is needed.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
If your order includes tracking, I’ll send the number by email once it’s on its way.
If you notice a delay or delivery issue, your local courier is usually the quickest contact — but I’m always happy to help if you need support.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost, email me at lucymoorearts@gmail.com and I’ll start an investigation with the courier.
A replacement or refund can be issued once the courier confirms the parcel cannot be found.
💛 Returns & Refunds
Changed Your Mind?
No problem. You can return eligible artwork within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email me at lucymoorearts@gmail.com with your order number.
Eligibility
To be accepted, the artwork must be:
- in its original condition
- unused
- packaged securely in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalised, or commissioned artworks (unless damaged or incorrect)
Return Shipping Costs
If you simply change your mind, the customer is responsible for return postage.
I recommend using a tracked and insured service to protect the artwork during transit.
I can’t refund items that arrive back damaged or do not reach me, so using protective packaging and a tracked service is important.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs paperwork or fees associated with sending items back.
Please contact me before sending an international return so I can help guide the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I want every artwork to arrive safely. If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within 24 hours of delivery.
To help me process the claim, please include:
- photos of the damaged artwork
- photos of the packaging
- your order number
I’ll sort it as quickly as possible — in these cases, return shipping is covered by me.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned artwork has arrived safely and been checked.
After approval, refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Your bank may take 3–10 business days to complete the transaction.
